Return Policy:
Stryker Off Road Design has, and always will, strive to deliver the best products to our customers daily. We inspect everything before it ships to our customers to make sure you receive what you ordered, and receive it in a timely fashion. As we all know we are all human, and such as life some mistakes happen. This is where you are covered by our warranty policy!
Our Identity Series kits are custom made to order. We do not build a kit until a deposit is made. Because of the custom nature of each order, these sales are non-refundable."
Stryker Off Road Design warrants that all manufactured products will be free from structural failure.
Stryker Off Road Design’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace at Stryker Off Road Design’s sole discretion, without charge, any product that does not conform to this above warranty and is returned with a copy of the original sales receipt or satisfactory evidence of date of purchase, to the dealer whom the product was originally purchased or to Stryker Off Road Design. Such repair shall not include incidental charges such as removal, installation or shipping. In no event shall Stryker Off Road Design be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages.
We at Stryker Off Road Design strive to be the leader in custom manufactured suspension and lifts. Every Stryker Off Road Design product is custom manufactured to your own style and reference. The proper fitment of our products is the responsibility of the customer who is placing the order. Please note that parts that have been mounted on the vehicle are not returnable. Please make sure fitments are correct before ordering and installing. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
Products from Stryker Off Road Design are covered by a limited warranty. In case of problems or returns, please contact Stryker Off Road Design directly and we will attempt to resolve the problem. In some cases, Stryker Off Road Design will authorize a return merchandise authorization to the factory for inspection and in order to make a determination in the validity of the claim. A RMA is required before any returned merchandise will be accepted by Stryker Off Road Design. Packages shipped to Stryker Off Road Design without an RMA number will be returned to the shipper at the shippers expense. 20% restocking fee will be applied on our discretion.
Suspension Components
All steel "hard parts" (i.e. parts welded together) have a lifetime warranty
Stryker cannot warrant against rust or corrosion due to the varying extreme elements that may be encountered.
Wear and Tear Parts
All parts that are expected to take "wear and tear" abuse (such as heim joints, bushings, etc.) have a 1 year warranty
Shock/Coilover Policy
All shocks, stabilizer cylinders, and coilovers have a 6 month warranty
Our shock and coilovers ship precharged at 180-200 PSI. DO NOT alter pressure or you risk voiding the warranty.
Freight Policy
Shipping and handling charges on all other orders vary depending on size and value. Contact us for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address. In some circumstances, international shipping may be available. Freight costs, in all circumstances, are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Note
All warranty returns that are reviewed by Stryker Off Road Design warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders expense.
This is a limited warranty. Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made. Stryker neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with, Stryker Off Road Design products uses or applications. Stryker Off Road Design further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign.
For all prices, products and offers, Stryker Off Road Design reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. Stryker Off Road Design and the Stryker Off Road Design logo are registered trademarks.
